L.I.F.T. is a program to develop community awareness and leadership skills for educators.  Applications are accepted begining in January of each year.  Watch this site for information on upcoming class opportunities.


Candidates accepted into L.I.F.T. must commit to attending the entire Academy in June and all five program days.* A substitute will be provided for L.I.F.T. participants on the September, November, February and March program days by Missouri State University.

*All program day hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., except as noted in August and June.
