Leadership is for Teachers develops teachers' leadership skills
Leadership is for Teachers is a collaborative effort between Springfield Public Schools, Leadership Springfield, and Missouri State University to enhance the development of teacher leaders.
L.I.F.T. is dedicated to developing community awareness and leadership skills for educators, pre-school to high school. L.I.F.T. fosters an open exchange of ideas and best practices among educators. It provides unique networking opportunities between educators and the community and enhances leadership skills directly related to the effectiveness of educating others.
