“I was new to Springfield, and through Leadership Springfield I learned so much about Springfield and the opportunities the community has to offer. I am now involved with the Springfield Public Schools Foundation and its Back to School campaign. I also serve on the board of directors for the Girl Scouts of Dogwood Trails Council. The contacts and friends I made through Leadership Springfield have made it easier for me to get involved in the community.”
