Application

Applications are now being accepted for the 26th class of Leadership Springfield.

To apply, please follow the link to download the application.  Complete the questions and add additional pages as necessary.  Please label each additional page with the question you are answering.  Applications must be received  by CLOSE OF BUSINESS day, March 15, 2010.  Please note that the application must be signed by both the applicant and his/her employer.  A non-refundable application fee of $35 must accompany the application.  All applicants will be notified of their status after April 30.
